The Enterprise Risk Management + Risk Management Risk (ERM+RMR) Chief of Staff Team supports department operations, while also supporting broader efforts around culture and engagement. The team is seeking a project manager who can bring fresh, bold ideas to connect and engage our associates, as well as manage a body of recurring operations.
In this role you will have the opportunity to wear many hats and make an incredible impact on the ERM and RMR organizations. You will lead the well-managed execution of our associate engagement strategy aimed to create a strong community across ERM+RMR and foster an inclusive, inspiring, and fun culture. You will also have the opportunity to lead operational efforts such as department communications, town halls, recognition, and compliance training.
The right candidate for this role has excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to change quickly. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who’s excited about managing events such as town halls, and managing a diverse set of daily responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
Own and execute key associate engagement events and processes that support our team and associates such as recognition programs, summits, etc.
Drive communications strategy; coordinate with Corporate Communications to oversee the communications calendar; maintain a critical eye to timing, overlap, appropriateness, and coordination
Lead our internal engagement team to develop content and activities that support our associate engagement strategy, such as pop-up events, and celebrating associate moments that matter
Draft decks, communications, newsletters, and other campaign related messaging, often partnering closely with Corporate Communications
Be the champion for events, content, and to-do’s by driving engagement on Slack, messaging, and interacting with associates to create inclusion and excitement
Maintain intranet content to ensure the content remains relevant and useful
Participate in leadership preparation efforts for key events and engagements

Juggler:You don’t get overwhelmed or flustered easily. You seek guidance to reprioritize as needed to adjust with changing business needs, and take action with urgency as appropriate.
Valued partner:You have a proven track record of collaborative work relationships and you thrive in a matrixed environment.
Team player
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or military experience
At least 3 years of experience in Project Management or Event Management
Preferred Qualifications:
Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) or Project Management Professional (PMP) Designation
2+ or more years of experience negotiating and executing contracts for associate events
4+ years of experience supporting senior leadership
4+ years of experience in HR, associate experience, or associate engagement roles
