Partner with the Sales team on account & lead management tasks.
Act as a first Customer escalation point for commercial or business critical issues.
Responsible as Revenue compliance point of contact (e.g., QMS, ISO, Financial or internal audit representative).
Responsible for kaizen process for the team.
Contributes in an active way to the continuous improvement of department’s performance or company’s performance: identifies constantly the opportunities of improvement for own activity and department’s activities (Kaizen ideas in accordance with the objectives of the company) and through coaching techniques.
Participation to internal audit, third party, corporate, second party (clients, certification).
Participates to all the meetings which are necessary for this position (daily Tier meetings level 1,2,3 or 4, or weekly/monthly meetings, etc.).
Drive the business analytics and reports for organizational KPI, as required by the established MOS of the team.
Performs the activity in accordance with own experience, knowledge, and work instructions of the role, in a specific way no person is exposed to accidents or professional illnesses.
Qualifications:
Minimum of University graduate of relevant fields of study (Technical educational qualification (electromechanical etc.) preferred).
Previous relevant experience in sales operations, commercial customer care, order management, credit & collection.
