What you'll do... - Oversee the planning and delivery of large cross-functional security strategic objectives.
- Lead strategic planning for the Information Security portfolio.
- Independently resolve ambiguous situations with conflicting business and product strategies.
- Drive initiatives to improve ways of working.
- Lead and broker agreement on end-to-end high-level system solution design of medium-high-complexity systems.
- Establish processes and guidelines to drive effective defect management.
- Automate repeatable processes and tasks to increase the velocity of engineering teams.
- Proactively research new processes and automation techniques used across domains and industries to influence product roadmaps.
- Drive monitoring for multiple programs and decompose performance metrics for programs into measures for different projects.
- Coach and mentor team members on typical stakeholder engagement.
- Foster an environment where all associates respect and adhere to company standards of integrity and ethics.
What you'll bring:
- Proven experience in program management, strategic planning, and technical design.
- Knowledge of Information Security standards and guidelines.
- Strong technical knowledge and experience with cloud computing technologies and service management concepts.
- Strong understanding of emerging tools and technologies.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

The annual salary range for this position is $130,000.00-$260,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include: - Stock
