What you'll do:

• Strategic Leadership: Work in close partnership with engineering leadership to define and lead major engineering initiatives that align with the organization's strategic objectives.
• Initiative Development: Identify and develop organization-wide engineering initiatives, ensuring they are innovative, achievable, and aligned with business goals.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Facilitate collaboration across different engineering teams and departments to ensure cohesive and effective implementation of engineering strategies.
• Program Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of engineering initiatives, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
• Innovation and Improvement: Continuously seek opportunities for innovation and improvement in engineering practices, tools, and processes.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with key stakeholders across the organization to communicate progress, gather feedback, and ensure alignment on engineering initiatives.
• Mentorship and Team Building: Foster a culture of excellence and innovation within the engineering team, providing mentorship and guidance to team members.

What you'll bring:
