What you'll do:
- Strategic Leadership: Work in close partnership with engineering leadership to define and lead major engineering initiatives that align with the organization's strategic objectives.
- Initiative Development: Identify and develop organization-wide engineering initiatives, ensuring they are innovative, achievable, and aligned with business goals.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Facilitate collaboration across different engineering teams and departments to ensure cohesive and effective implementation of engineering strategies.
- Program Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of engineering initiatives, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
- Innovation and Improvement: Continuously seek opportunities for innovation and improvement in engineering practices, tools, and processes.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with key stakeholders across the organization to communicate progress, gather feedback, and ensure alignment on engineering initiatives.
- Mentorship and Team Building: Foster a culture of excellence and innovation within the engineering team, providing mentorship and guidance to team members.
What you'll bring:
- Proven experience in technical program management, with a strong focus on engineering and technology.
- Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale engineering initiatives in a complex organization.

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

The annual salary range for this position is $130,000.00-$260,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include: - Stock
