As a Control Manager Associate in the Commercial Bank Control team, you will play a crucial role in monitoring adherence to banking regulations and fostering a proactive risk culture. You will work closely with colleagues to ensure compliance and implement best practices for risk mitigation. Job Responsibilities:

  • Review the accuracy of Commercial Bank’s HMDA reporting
  • Engage with control colleagues to support the Fair Lending Risk Assessment
  • Partner with Control Managers to document control processes
  • Define and document control processes across supported areas
  • Provide recommendations for the Fair Lending Program development
  • Identify control gaps and risks, proposing viable solutions

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Five years of professional experience in operations, controls, audit, quality assurance, or compliance
  • Demonstrated work ethic and professionalism
  • Effective organizational skills to meet business needs
  • Experience in developing business processes and identifying risks
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, problem-solving, and project management skills

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Experience in the banking industry
  • Knowledge of Fair Lending regulations
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Strong analytical skills
