Role Overview:

You will work closely with various business units toto ensure adoption and efficiency. This role requires a, and a passion for improving workplace productivity through innovative collaboration strategies.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Microsoft 365 collaboration initiatives across the organization, ensuring effective use of Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Viva, and other related tools.
  • Serve as the primary expert and point of contact for Microsoft 365 applications, addressing business needs and system enhancements.
  • Analyze and optimize business processes , ensuring alignment with IT and company-wide objectives.
  • Ensure successful delivery of IT projects on time, within scope, and meeting quality standards.
  • Lead stakeholder engagement efforts , gathering requirements, documenting changes, and educating users on solution improvements.
  • Provide enterprise-wide support for business applications, troubleshooting and resolving issues within defined SLAs.
  • Act as a technical mentor , sharing knowledge and best practices for collaboration tools across teams.
  • Responsible for collaboration and knowledge management service SLA, handling cases within expected SLA and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • 3-4 years of experience in implementing and maintaining enterprise-wide applications – a must.
  • Deep expertise in Microsoft 365 collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Viva, Power Platform) – a must.
  • Strong project management skills , including planning, execution, and stakeholder communication.
  • System analysis experience , including writing detailed technical and functional requirements.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
  • Customer-centric mindset , with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience in managing Legal-related applications and customers – an advantage.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable to evolving business needs.
  • Proficiency in English – a must.
