KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As an Operational Excellence Leader, you will lead, promote, and facilitate the adoption of lean six sigma principles, operating system processes and tools, embedding them into ISC culture.
You will develop and play a hands-on role in the transformation plan, ensuring robust, sustainable lean six sigma process, owning the execution (impact, timeline, and dependencies) and Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, Cost, People (SQDICP) process performance. Coaching, educating and developing lean six sigma skills, competencies, and organizational effectiveness.
In this role, you will engage, collaborate with, and influence across functions to ensure the lean six sigma strategy is understood and is sufficiently supported by the appropriate stakeholders. You will build strong relationships with the key functional leaders to align improvement initiatives with business strategy.
• Geographic location: [Bucharest, Romania / Katowice/Krakow, Poland] Up to 60% international travel
YOU MUST HAVE
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field
• Experience with Digital Manufacturing tools and technology and change management
8+ years manufacturing experience including process design, new product / process introduction, standard work definition and Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, Cost, People (SQDICP) improvement
