What you will do

  • Coach team on Agile values and practices and support planning by preparing agendas for Grooming & Planning meetings to track and report on appropriate team level metrics.

  • Establish collaborative partnerships with team members and the organization to assist with adoption of Agile methodology.

  • Support and educate the Product Owner and/or Product Manager to maintain the product backlog.

  • Work with Atlassian products such as Jira, Trello, and Confluence to track Key Performance Indicators and maintain documentation.

  • Deliver training on Agile Software Development methodologies to fellow associates.

The salary range for this position is $101,300 - $162,050/ year. Actual offer will be based on your qualifications.

What you will bring

  • Bachelor’s degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Industrial Engineering, Process Improvement or related field OR two (2) years of experience in the job offered or related role.

  • Position requires working knowledge of the following skills gained through coursework or experience: working with agile delivery teams where requirements are refined as the product is being created; Agile coaching experience within engineering teams and helping teams find pain points in the delivery process and become self-organizing; data analytic tools to make Data-driven decisions and track metrics; facilitating Agile, Scrum, or Lean team meetings and influencing engineering teams to become more agile; Jira, Trello or Open-Source agile lifecycle management tools; and setting Objectives & Key Results (OKRs) for engineering teams.
