Job Description
As a Senior Scrum Master / Agile Coach within the Central Data and Analytics you will:
work closely with the teams
be a servant leader and help our software development teams in becoming self-organized
coach both individuals and teams on their Agile journey
contribute to building global agile delivery competency by formalizing and spreading the adoption of good practices across Central Data and Analytics teams
contribute to sharing of Agile adoption through trainings and workshops about Agile principles, Scrum, Compliance, Product Management Product Delivery, etc.
onboard the business into Agile specifics at the beginning of the project/product and recommend suitable framework/ ways of working
contribute to transforming a project-centric culture into a product-oriented one
get mentoring from your colleagues
join a team of like-minded passionate professionals in a flexible multi-cultural environment
lead and coach other Scrum masters, share best practices and build communities
work across teams, groups and organizations
actively participate in and move forward Agile Change and adoption in different organizations
organize and drive PI planning
support implementation of OKR framework
drive activities towards upskilling enterprise Product Management community
be accountable for the following planning activities - drives the QBR process and facilitates the OKR discussions
be accountable for identifying delivery effectiveness improvements
accountable for organizing retrospectives with actionable outcomes
partner with the organization to set metrics with the team to display their future improvement and their as-is status.
accountable for visualizing the important metrics: using dashboard in practice, explaining its use to the team and building upon the data gathered to improve the team.
proactively searching for issues related to software delivery/quality/speed and raising it and solving it with the team.
proposes improvements of development process, documentation, collaboration to improve quality, effectiveness.
maps, analyses and improves the system(s) of value delivery across the organisation
We require hands-on Agile experience, especially:
working in Scrum, Kanban or other Agile framework
acting as a Scrum Master (or similar coach) role with focus on continuous improvement of cross-functional team(s)
collecting and providing visibility into team's performance data
forming the feature teams from component teams
facilitating different workshops
creating great teams
being a partner to Product Managers and supporting him through providing coaching, good practices & tools to maximize the value delivered
delivering products end-to-end through several releases using principles of continuous integration, continuous delivery and quality automation
understanding of MVP and build measure learn concept and principles
delivering Agile trainings to different audience even outside of IT
working with stakeholders outside of the development team
in using XP practices
experience in scaling agile - SAFe
Hands-on Change management and leadership experience, especially:
understanding change management and modern approaches to change
understanding different organizational structures and their specifics
setting up complex delivery setups (multiple products vs. multiple teams vs. multiple regions vs. multiple cultures)
leading others through coaching and mentoring
leveraging agility in various parts of the organization (even outside of IT)
working with senior management and in hierarchical environment
Ability and willingness to work across organizational boundaries and to both lead and enable others to lead agile initiatives
Desire to search ways how to continuously improve in areas such as time to market, lead & cycle times, etc
