Job Profile related requirement

  • 3-5 years of experience in Transfer Pricing/ Operational Transfer Pricing, or experience in Finance & Accounting background
  • Knowledge about OECD guidelines and TP concepts
  • Must be familiar with transfer pricing compliance globally (includingthe preparation of transfer pricing documentation (Local File and Master file)or any other reporting requirements (CbCR reporting))
  • Experience with General/ Intercompany Accounting and financial reporting
  • Experience participating in the implementation of an ERP (e.g., SAP, Oracle, D365), etc. with specific experience providing requirements for the configuration, reporting and testing of intercompany transactions - preferred
  • Design and build reporting solutions or scenario models for reporting and analytics
  • Create user testing plans, testing scripts, and expected results and conduct testing
  • Advanced excel skills and strong command on MS Power point and otherskills like Power Pivot and Power Query will be useful
  • Transfer price analysis and reporting

  • Familiarity with product costing (3rd party and intercompany)

Additional Skill set

  • Prepare workplans (estimates of hours, duration of timing, and levels)
  • Prepare budget-to-actuals and manage project economics
  • Create and delivery status reporting (e.g., weekly, bi-weekly, etc.).
  • Relevant experience with BI tools
  • Good understanding of data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques
  • Interpret data, analyse results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports
  • Identify, analyse, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
  • Strong ability to collect, organize, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings
  • Excellent communication skills as the candidate would be required to communicate progress and the project status to supervisors/ reporting Managers and Stakeholders
  • Ability to perform under tight deadlines and be flexible to meet the needs of the business
  • Technical skill sets are added advantage
  • Display general knowledge of engagement “big picture”
