Job responsibilities
  • Define and communicate the product vision and strategy for digital channels, aligning with business goals and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI designers, developers, marketers, and stakeholders, to gather and prioritize requirements.
  • Develop and maintain a well-defined product backlog, ensuring that it is transparent, visible, and understood by the team.
  • Prioritize features, user stories, and tasks based on business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all product-related inquiries and decisions, providing clear guidance and direction to the development team.
  • Conduct regular backlog grooming sessions and sprint planning meetings to ensure the team is aligned and focused on delivering high-quality products.
  • Monitor and analyze product performance, user feedback, and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics for digital channels.
  • Ensure that all digital products comply with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement and innovation in digital channels.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • +2 years of professional experience as a Product Owner or similar role in digital product management.
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies, particularly Scrum and Kanban.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience with digital analytics tools and techniques.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Experience on API, H2H connectivity and Internet Banking solution.
  • Desired knowledge on PIX, Real time Payments and
  • Desired previous experience on LatAm Countries
  • English fluency
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Spanish fluency is a plus, as regular meetings are performed in Spanish language
