Key Responsibilities:
The primary responsibility of the in-house agency is to provide their partners with innovative and dynamic assets that adhere to brand guidelines, the client's central messaging and ADA compliance.
Motion Graphics Artist / Designer is specifically responsible for:
- Developing video for both internal and customer-facing touch points (e.g., sizzle reels, out of home advertising, social media posts, product demos, etc.)
- Using video editing software to produce eye-catching visuals and animated graphics on agile campaign calendars
- Partnering with copywriters to brainstorm a visual concept to bring a script to life
- Editing video content to strengthen the final output (e.g., color correcting footage and equalizing audio, etc.)
- Implementing comprehensive guidelines into deliverables to ensure 100% ADA compliance
- Creating marketing assets with customer experience at the forefront
- Owning creatives throughout the lifecycle of the job — from storyboard to final file handoff
- Reflecting core principles of curiosity and boldness in your approach to projects and demonstrating determination to achieve a successful conclusion
Qualifications:
- 5 to 8 years of experience in video production, editing and motion graphics
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud: especially After Effects and Premiere Pro
- A proven history of design fundamentals (including typography, color theory, brand adherence, and critical thinking with regards to creative application)
- Knowledge of ADA compliance as it pertains to digital deliverables including video
- Ability to design and produce high-end, multi-platform deliverables
- Rich portfolio of digital work (video examples are required, social media projects are a plus)
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to clearly and effectively discuss projects
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to keep track of multiple concurrent job statuses (experience with workflow tools is a plus)
- Ability to meet project deadlines and adhere to a process calendar
- Ability to successfully communicate and collaborate with local and remote team members
- A BA or higher in design or a related field
- Mac literacy
