Citi’s US in-house creative agency is lookingdata analyst to review performance data andmarket trends to strengthits creatives.complex data and present the findings in an easily understandable way, breaking down deep insights that designers and copywriters can apply to creative development. This analyst will alsobe responsible fortracking creative results and presenting the discoveriessenior leaders.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and forecast trends to integrate intomarketingcreatives
Work closely with internal clients to collectperformance results onin-house agencyproduceddeliverablesand report on thefindings
Collect competitorwork samples,identifykey takeaways,and share with theteam
Developand implementa system forgathering and analyzing data,establishingbaselines
Uncover customer insights through performance result analysis toadvisecopy and design and strengthenengagement
Lead lunch and learns with the in-house team and with marketing partners on marketing bestpractices
Present key learnings ina clear wayto a senior-level audience
Think strategicallytounderstand business needs andrecommendways ofexecuting themthrough creativedeliverables
Distill information from multiple sources and synthesize it into one central, compellingstory
Work with internal clients to understandthestrategy behindthe keymessage
Effectively manage time totrackmultiple activecampaigns, delivering high quality work
Qualifications:
8-10 years of related work experience (digital agency environment preferred), exceptionalreporting and presentationskills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel,Wordand PowerPoint
Experience using Tableau software is aplus
Must be able to report data and metrics in a comprehensivemanner
Must be able to glean customer insights from creative performancedata
Adaptable, Bold, Collaborative, Courageous and Determined andoperateswith a lot of empathy both in internal interactions and theclients
Experience presenting to seniorleaders
Expert at reporting on markettrendsandperformance data analysisto strengthencampaigns
Ability to work with the key business stakeholders, understand the central strategy and work with a team to executeeffectively
Passion foranalytical thinking andmaking complex dataclear
An independent leaderthat’sa self-starter with strong organizationalskills
Eagerness to work in a fast-pacedenvironment
Strong senseof urgency to meet or exceed deadlineexpectations
Techsavvy;able to quickly adapt tonew technologyandassist
