Minimum Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience triaging and analyzing multiple (simple and sophisticated) accommodation requests in a high volume capacity, or related experience as a line HR manager with focused Employee Relations and Accommodation experience
  • Comprehensive understanding of U.S. Leave laws, deep subject matter expert of ADA/ADAAA regulations, and implementation experience
  • Experience providing consultation of the accommodation process to managers, HR professionals, employees, and/or business partners.
  • Demonstrable track record driving resolution on a wide range of leave and accommodation issues, including ADA analysis and practical application.
  • Ability to work independently, including the ability to effectively coordinate, prioritize, and balance multiple assignments simultaneously
  • BA or 5+ years of equivalent job experience
Preferred Qualifications
  • Ability to build positive relationships and work collaboratively with leadership, internal and external partners and People team (HR) colleagues
  • Demonstrated command skills and an ability express thoughts in a clear and concise manner & influence others
  • Superb communication skills including effective listening, writing and presentation
  • Project Management experience
Pay & Benefits
  • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $133,900 and $201,300, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Note: Apple benefit, compensation and employee stock programs are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program.
