  • Minimum 5-6 years of field sales management in the sports or fashion industry that includes field sales, retail buying, merchandising, sales business planning, or sales business analysis.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher education is required.
  • Strong interest in sport, youth culture, and street fashion.
  • Experience in successfully implementing various sales programs, policies, procedures, and methodologies and in utilizing financial decision making, models and translating results into business plans and accurate revenue forecasts.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills (both in English and Japanese), with ability to clearly articulate goals and objectives. Able to influence both cross functionally and vertically within the organization.
  • Ability to prepare, plan and deliver clear and persuasive presentations.
  • Ability to think strategically and provides problem-solving solutions.
  • Domestic travel is required to visit retail marketplace once per season.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

As a Senior Account Management Representative, you will create, lead, and coordinate the execution of seasonal business plans to grow sport, youth culture, and street fashion marketplace.

  • Develop seasonal business plans and revenue targets.
  • Co-create seasonal marketing plans to launch Nike products with accounts and cross functional teams.
  • Track weekly sales data, gather marketplace trends and consumer insights, and report.
  • Elevate the marketplace by working with accounts to redefine their business strategy and seeking new sales opportunities.
