EY Corporate Responsibility Supervising Associate - Core Business Services

We are looking for a highly motivated Corporate Responsibility Supervising Associate for EY in Switzerland to complement the local CR-team. Together with the regional and local teams you will drive EY’s Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability agenda in Switzerland focusing on three pillars:

1. Responsible and sustainable operations (sustainability reporting, office operations, reporting and measurement (GRI & CSRD), corporate carbon foot printing, external sustainability rating (EcoVadis, certifications etc.)
2. Minimizing our environmental impact (environmental action planning, awareness campaigns, change management, etc.)
3. Increasing our social impact (skill-based/non-skill-based corporate volunteering)

In that role you will be part of our Core Business Services in the Executive Management division.

Your key responsibilities

• Work alongside the Corporate Responsibility Board, Chair and Lead on Swiss strategy development and execution, local roadmap definition and action planning
• Drive sustainability reporting (GRI to CSRD) and carbon emission accounting (GHG protocol)
• Drive EY’s external business sustainability assessment and rating (EcoVadis)
• Develop the Swiss transition plan in alignment with regional and global plans
• Lead decarbonization projects
• Respond to sustainability related client requests, proposal and public tenders
• Drive data and knowledge management
• Coordinate internal / external communication and EY representation
• Coordinate preparation of various presentation and information material

What we look for

• Integrity, respect and teamwork are your core values
• 3 to 5 years of experience in Corporate Sustainability, Environmental Management or Sustainability Consulting role
• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in economics, business administration, sustainable development, or related fields of study is a prerequisite
• Solid program and project management skills
• Ability to work both independently but also in a team
• Experience to data management and reporting
• Willingness to learn about the subject matter and continuously educate yourself
• Proficiency MS Office skills especially Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is a requirement, additional proficiency in Swiss National languages is a plus
