Lead the planning of social impact projects, ensuring that initiatives are effectively aligned with EY's strategic objectives and deliver tangible benefits to communities.
Contribute to the development of long-term strategies for social impact initiatives, ensuring that projects are sustainable and aligned with the organization's vision.
Lead designing and implementation of social impact projects covering strategic impact, volunteering engagement and capacity building for social impact organizations locally.
Oversee the execution of projects, ensuring that they are implemented effectively and in accordance with established guidelines and best practices.
Oversight of compliance, project monitoring, impact tracking and reporting in line with the EY’s established process and governance structure.
Lead and execute external communication strategies to enhance EY's brand visibility and promote social impact initiatives.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, third-party collaborators, and other stakeholders in the social sector.
Collaborate to implement /participate in global and GDS central projects and reporting requirements, ensuring that all initiatives meet organizational standards and contribute to overall objectives.
Engage in ongoing learning opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in social impact and project management, fostering a culture of growth within the team.
Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
+ 7 years of relevant experience in corporate responsibility and/or project management.
Strong stakeholder management and people management skills
Proficiency in MS office, MS Excel, and strong analytical skills.
