Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning of social impact projects, ensuring that initiatives are effectively aligned with EY's strategic objectives and deliver tangible benefits to communities.
  • Contribute to the development of long-term strategies for social impact initiatives, ensuring that projects are sustainable and aligned with the organization's vision.
  • Lead designing and implementation of social impact projects covering strategic impact, volunteering engagement and capacity building for social impact organizations locally.
  • Oversee the execution of projects, ensuring that they are implemented effectively and in accordance with established guidelines and best practices.
  • Oversight of compliance, project monitoring, impact tracking and reporting in line with the EY’s established process and governance structure.
  • Lead and execute external communication strategies to enhance EY's brand visibility and promote social impact initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, third-party collaborators, and other stakeholders in the social sector.
  • Collaborate to implement /participate in global and GDS central projects and reporting requirements, ensuring that all initiatives meet organizational standards and contribute to overall objectives.
  • Engage in ongoing learning opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in social impact and project management, fostering a culture of growth within the team.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • + 7 years of relevant experience in corporate responsibility and/or project management.
  • Strong stakeholder management and people management skills
  • Proficiency in MS office, MS Excel, and strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Advanced English language proficiency.
