You will report directly to our Sr Semiconductor Manufacturing Engineering Manager, and you'll work out of our Plymouth, MN location on an onsite work schedule.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develop and optimize dry etch processes for semiconductor and silicon based sensor manufacturing processes, including dry etching of oxides, metals, polysilicon, and silicon
• Assist the team in developing and maintaining post etch photoresist removal processes like a shering and solvent stripping
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and continuous improvement
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards as well as regulatory requirements
• Monitor and react to various machine and process SPC charts
• Troubleshoot dry etch process and machine variability/process drift
• Troubleshoot and offer technical solutions to complex manufacturing issues
• Generate detailed technical reports, documentation, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
“The annual base salary range for this position is $113,000 - $141,000. Please note that this salary information serves as ageneral guideline. YOU MUST HAVE• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in advanced manufacturing
• Proficiency in semiconductor dry etch manufacturing processes and equipment
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• USG Secret security clearance in good standing, or US Citizenship and no known barriers to achieve a USG Secret security clearance [non-citizens are ineligible for clearance]
WE VALUE• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Semiconductor Engineering, Chemical Engineering or related field
• Experience with advanced semiconductor fabrication techniques
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Microsoft Office suite capability
