As part of our market-leading team, you will help our clients carrying out challenging Real Estate, Hospitality, Construction and Infrastructure (RHCI) Projects. As a member of our RHCI team, you'll participate in strategic advisory engagements related to:
- Real Estate & Hospitality – valuation services, market research, real estate consultancy and transactions;
- Construction – technical due diligence, procurement, project management and technical inspection services;
- Infrastructure – project finance services, consultancy on PPPs, modeling and economic rebalancing;
- Fixed Assets – consultancy services for managing the life cycle of assets and asset registration.
Specifically, you will be a part of a team that assists clients with Construction Projects, i e, project management, technical inspection, technical due diligence and procurement services.
Responsibilities of the role
- Coordinate, monitor and supervise ongoing construction works;
- Planning and coordination of the different construction activities and ensure deadlines are met;
- Report to the Project Owner the conformity of the work carried out;
- Implement determined measures with a view to quality control, identify constructive solutions and guarantee the financial optimization of the work within the defined deadlines;
- Control of materials and equipment placed on site, economic control of works;
- Control of implemented processes;
- Promote technical solutions among those involved in construction projects, to guarantee quality and deadline requirements;
- Preparation of Technical Reports.

To qualify for the role, you must have
- Degree in Civil Engineering;
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Construction Management;
- We value professionals who have had a career as Contractors or Representatives of the Construction Owner;
- Be registered in the Order of Engineers;
- Mastery of Office, Autocad and MS Project tools;
- Good technical writing and presentation skills;
- Upper intermediate English level (eliminating factor) and be fluent in Portuguese;
- Candidates holding a Mozambican citizenship will be favored.
