Key requirements:

• Timely Collections of Accounts Receivable to ensure cash collection vs AOP, past due & bad debt reduction;
• Daily and month end AR reporting and account reconciliations;
• Investigating and making sure that the queries relating to non-payment of invoices are resolved in timely manner with the support of the departments involved (sales, pricing, customer service teams) in support of the Finance Corporate Team;
• Management of Blocked orders: release, reporting and communication towards business and customers alike;
• Ensuring that delinquent accounts are placed on hold for deliveries / services and business is informed accordingly;
• Prepare reports on a daily/weekly basis;
• Supply detailed overview of the collection/past due status for his/her portfolio;
• Driving Order to Cash process improvements.

Key skills and qualifications:

• Credit Control experience would be a plus;
• Proficient in English;
• Knowledge of Excel (advanced use);
• Empathy, teamwork ability, communication, business acumen, project skills etc..
