Job Description
Responsibilities:
Utilize detailing materials and company resources to achieve annual sales targets effectively.
Build and strengthen relationships with relevant HCPs while transferring product knowledge.
Set qualitative and quantitative objectives for your work.
Plan and execute weekly work and client visits efficiently.
Implement quarterly action plans, either independently or with cross-functional teams, in line with the company's annual strategy.
Adapt to different communication formats, including digital tools, to engage with stakeholders and deliver corporate/product messages.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant work experience in the pharmaceutical industry as a sales representative.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft software (MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
Basic proficiency in English, particularly in listening and reading.
Proactive nature and ability to independently develop the market in related fields.
Willingness to embrace changes and challenges.
Familiarity with Obstetrics and Gynecology is preferred.
Experience with HP will be an added advantage.
Experience with self-pay or private payment systems is also preferred.
Possession of a valid driving license.
