What you’ll do:

• Provide L1/L2 support for NEFT-RTGS.
• Resolve Sev 1/ Severity 2 and Critical Severity 3 incident within SLA.
• Provide VA patching and DR support.
• Work together with team and positive attitude towards work.
• Automate processes to increase productivity.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Linux expertise
• SQL expertise
• Effective Handling of Critical Situations.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• UPI Payment and Banking knowledge.
