- Techno-functional knowledge for UPI.
- Hands on experience on UPI.
- Fix the incidents within SLA.
- Readiness to work in regular or afternoon shift.
- Interact with users to understand the issues and resolve them.
- Should aware of UPI flow.
- Hands of experience on linux and SQL.
- Knowledge of UPI payment workflow.
- Identify the logs and provide the fix.
- Hands on experience on BOD/EOD activity.
UPI L1/L2 support resource.
What you’ll do:
- Provide L1/L2 support for NEFT-RTGS.
- Resolve Sev 1/ Severity 2 and Critical Severity 3 incident within SLA.
- Provide VA patching and DR support.
- Work together with team and positive attitude towards work.
- Automate processes to increase productivity.
