Your Role and Responsibilities- Provide L1/L2 support for IMPS.
- Techno-functional knowledge for IMPS.
- Fix the incidents within SLA.
- Readiness to work in regular or afternoon shift.
- Interact with users to understand the issues and resolve them.
- Should aware of IMPS flow.
- Hands of experience on linux and SQL.
- Knowledge of payment workflow.
- Identify the logs.
- Hands on experience on BOD/EOD activity.

What you’ll do:
- Provide L1/L2 support for IMPS.
- Resolve Sev 1/ Severity 2 and Critical Severity 3 incident within SLA.
- Handle a team of 2-3 resources.
- Automate processes to increase productivity.
