Responsibilities:
- Lead the product design team in the creation of exceptional user experiences across web, mobile, and other digital platforms.
- Develop and maintain design standards and guidelines that ensure consistency across all products and platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and researchers, to define and prioritize product features and
- requirements.
- Conduct user research and testing to understand user needs and validate design solutions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design concepts and solutions to cross-functional teams.
- Conduct design reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to ensure the highest quality of work.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in product design, and identify opportunities to improve the user experience.
- Work closely with engineering to ensure designs are implemented as intended, and collaborate on design-related technical challenges.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and evangelize the importance of user-centered design throughout the organization
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in product design, graphic design, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in UX/product design, with a proven track record of designing and delivering successful products.
- Strong portfolio that demonstrates your design skills, process, and impact.
- Expertise in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and InVision.
- Experience with design systems, component libraries, and design standards.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, design thinking, and human-computer interaction.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to lead and inspire a team.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
