As a Sales Development Representative, you will identify and qualify enterprise account leads and opportunities. You will focus on analyzing business needs by conducting information-gathering and pre-qualify opportunities. You will be generating qualified opportunities for regional sales teams.
As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Using new contact acquisition leveraging tools including LinkedIn Sales Navigator and ZoomInfo
- Utilizing CRM and Salesloft to manage leads and opportunities
- Analyzing and preparing organizational reports for our strategic accounts to facilitate targeted Marketing and prospecting efforts
- Developing lead qualification and prospect engagement using our phone and chat system
- Completing enablement courses around selling Akamai products for your next step as a Sales Development Representative

To be successful in this role you will:
- Be a Self-starter with high energy level or interested in transitioning into a sales role
- Possess 3 to 4 years of Sales experience or Telemarketing or Business Development/Analyst
- Possess prior experience in IT Security or Cloud technology
- Have an interest in gaining experience identifying business needs through information- gathering to pre-qualify opportunities
- Have a comfort level doing online research and leveraging various software
- Have a desire working in a team and growing in the organization
- Able to communicate in Bahasa Indonesia and English
