Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
7 years of experience gained in either an HR Business Partners (HRBP) role, Employee Relations role, or equivalent experience as an employment attorney practicing employment law, workplace investigator, or similar roles interpreting policies and applying legal advice.
Experience consulting directly with employees and management.
Preferred qualifications:
JD degree with a focus on employment law.
Experience advising on a wide range of employee relations issues, including reorganizations and performance issues.
Ability to establish strong cross-functional relationships at all levels and geographies.
Excellent investigative and problem-solving skills with the ability to organize and analyze data.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage global projects.
Ability to understand, convey opinions and recommendations both verbally and in writing.
