KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Monitor and stay updated on changes in Vietnamese laws and regulations, advising teams on potential impacts and necessary actions.- Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, operations, marketing and tax to ensure alignment with legal requirements and business objectives.- Manage and coordinate external legal counsel and service providers, ensuring cost-effective and high-quality resolution of legal issues.- Act as the point of contact for legal inquiries from internal stakeholders, providing clear and practical guidance.
- Bachelors/Masters or equivalent in related coursework
- 7+ years of strong regulatory and legal experience advising multinational corporations at a leading law firm and/or in-house in Vietnam and/or Singapore.
- Outstanding communication skills in English and Vietnamese due to market coverage.
- Strong team collaborator and self-starter who is curious, likes learning and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic international environment.
- Excellent ability to analyze complex issues and to recommend practical solutions clearly and concisely.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple matters proactively with cross-functional stakeholders under time pressure.
