Key job responsibilities
• Campaign setup with external and internal advertisers
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for the rewards ads platform
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting systems to track business metrics
• Identify trends and patterns in operational data to drive process improvements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement optimization strategies
• Create and maintain documentation for operational processes
• Provide regular performance reports and recommendations to leadership
• Closure of recon, invoicing and payment settlements with advertisers.
A day in the life
1. Campaign setup and management for Reward ads advertisers.
2. Managing campaign performance, tracking daily performance on budget extension
3. Partner onboarding management
4. Campaign extension or pausing as per defined SLA
5. Inventory replenishments
- 2+ years of sales experience
- Bachelor's degree
- • 2+ years of experience in operations analysis or similar analytical role
- • Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools
- • Experience with business intelligence platforms (e.g., Salesforce, QuickSight)
- • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
