About the role:

- To deliver high-impact presentations, effectively representing McAfee’s products and value to partners at all levels.
- To cultivate new and further develop existing partner relationships and negotiate product requirements.
- To lead a prioritized roadmap and deliver crisp product requirements easily understood by technical and non-technical groups, drive technical guidance for partnership and integration with partners.
- To manage the regional partner product team and use appropriate tools and techniques to increase commitment to objectives.
About you:
- Five to ten or more years work experience with Product Management and Technical Account. Management with partners in a B2BC model preferably in cyber security.
- You are fluent in Japanese and English with high proficiency in writing and facilitating small group communications.
- Equally comfortable in front of partners and executives, presenting new products and technical opportunities, collaborating towards leading innovations.
- Leader (create culture), able to attract, develop talents and motivate a team.
- Excellent written, presentation, and analytic skills.
- Attention to details, you understand the necessity to include research, validation, and prioritizing requirements, evangelizing both internally and externally.
- Strong technology background with hands-on mindset.
- One or more of the following will be considered a plus:
- Experience in delivering consumer software product solutions to OEMs, Retailers, ISPs and partnerships including monetization.
- Experience in e-commerce, web domain & B2B integrations.
- Experience with Apple, Android and or Microsoft platforms and ecosystem, API supported B2B use cases, Cloud Platforms.
- Experience in security domain products.
- Data driven and focused with a test-and-learn mentality. Deliberate in actions and decisions, and able to execute with a sense of urgency without compromising on the quality.
- Have worked in multi-lingual, cross cultural work environments across geographies.
- High passion & commitment to execute against regional goals.
- Willingness to learn new processes, propagate them and drive change management.
- Ability to measure the health of the project/s by using appropriate metrics.
- Possess professional management skills; leadership, planning, influencing, negotiating, problem-solving, and load balancing.
- Strong ability to manage projects within a fast-paced environment where priorities can change very quickly.
