Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of sales experience in the technology, advertising, or internet space.
Experience partnering with SMB clients in the digital ads market.
Ability to communicate in English and Italian fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience with managing and inspiring high performing sales teams against quotas, and in brand performance at scale.
Knowledge of the Italian ecosystem and experience working with clients on the Italian market.
Ability to own sales team operations, including portfolio management, team building, KPI measurement, execution.
Ability to model and coach behaviors including C-level engagement, effective questioning, objection handling.
Ability to influence executive stakeholders, including passion for consultative solutions sales with a drive to innovate.
Independent with the ability to work in a changing environment, proactive, can-do attitude, follow-through, resourcefulness, attention to detail, excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
