In this role, you’ll:

Describe how this project will drive real business impact and results:

  • Assist assigned P&C BPs as they drive the SAP People Agenda and the transformation of the GTM business units.
  • Support and drive strategic people initiatives, focus topics and manage ad-hoc requests (data gathering, organizational maintenance & European Social Partner submissions, etc.) for the P&C BP lead of the Global Business Suite & Cross Functions and team.
  • Ensure high level of deliverable quality in communications and presentations for P&C BPs, GTM Executive Leadership team members, and GTM employees.
  • Deliver high impact data analysis, leveraging internal SAP tools, to provide people and organizational business insights (employee survey, Hiring, Attrition) that enables the P&C BPs to drive measurable outcomes.
  • Be an active member of the team by co-leading team meetings, global projects, and bringing awareness of our services to those who we support.

Who you are:

We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

  • Currently pursing a bachelor’s in Business, Human Resources, Industrial and Organizational Psychology, Data Analytics or related areas
  • Strong business acumen, Excel, PowerPoint, Data Analytics and Visualization skills
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Thinks broadly and strategically about issues and yet manages detail
  • Solves problems swiftly, independently, and constantly ‘thinks on their feet’
  • Prioritizes constantly, multi-tasks and decides on the fly
  • Adapts with a high degree of flexibility regarding changing circumstance
  • Advanced English is required
  • Desires fast growth and development
  • Culturally sensitive and able to work in a virtual and global environment
  • Executive Level presentation skills
  • Ability to deliver key components of the Talent Strategy across multiple locations & cultures
  • Ability to lead global or platform programs/initiatives as require
