In this role, you’ll:
Describe how this project will drive real business impact and results:
- Assist assigned P&C BPs as they drive the SAP People Agenda and the transformation of the GTM business units.
- Support and drive strategic people initiatives, focus topics and manage ad-hoc requests (data gathering, organizational maintenance & European Social Partner submissions, etc.) for the P&C BP lead of the Global Business Suite & Cross Functions and team.
- Ensure high level of deliverable quality in communications and presentations for P&C BPs, GTM Executive Leadership team members, and GTM employees.
- Deliver high impact data analysis, leveraging internal SAP tools, to provide people and organizational business insights (employee survey, Hiring, Attrition) that enables the P&C BPs to drive measurable outcomes.
- Be an active member of the team by co-leading team meetings, global projects, and bringing awareness of our services to those who we support.

- Currently pursing a bachelor’s in Business, Human Resources, Industrial and Organizational Psychology, Data Analytics or related areas
- Strong business acumen, Excel, PowerPoint, Data Analytics and Visualization skills
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Thinks broadly and strategically about issues and yet manages detail
- Solves problems swiftly, independently, and constantly ‘thinks on their feet’
- Prioritizes constantly, multi-tasks and decides on the fly
