Your impact
The CQV Manager reports directly to the Milan office General Manager and is accountable for:
- CQV department development including recruiting process, training and tutoring of young engineers, procedures harmonization and standardization knowledge
- CQV project execution and delivery of all CQV projects in Italy and Europe under the Milan office accountability
- CQV department resources management
- Support the local business development
- Identify external consultants, coordinate their assignment on projects and manage the related contracts
- Manage the entire CQV workload for internal resources and external consultants
