Role Overview
Role Responsibilities
- Represent team research in collaboration with other organizations across Secureworks to include Software engineering, Product Management, Security Operations, and Security and Risk Consulting practices.
- Establish a cohesive team culture that embraces new and challenging problems, values diverse opinions and works together to achieve results.
- Guide and enable senior members of the Detect Tomorrow team providing ample room for individual and team creativity while maintaining alignment with corporate objectives.
- Assess team and individual performance against expected outcomes and provide actionable performance coaching where necessary.
- Participate in cross team initiatives as a leader and representative of the research team.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in one or more of the following areas: Security Research, Incident Response, Red Team engagements, or Cyber Risk Management.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience managing research or security consulting team.
