Monitor Smart sheet backlog and registrations for Japan as part of Daily management system
Required Qualifications
Min 5 years field experience on any modality ( Senior FE’s/technical support)
Good English communication skills
Passion to learn new things/adapt to new technology
Lean mindset and ability to drive simplification
Training defects review and corrective actions working in sync with Japan leaders
Training demand capture and execution process—International smart sheet
Manage Overseas trainings for Japan FE’s based on need
Develop Japan local training capabilities
Drive Post training competency development initiatives under International
Strong oral and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. Established project management skills.
