Roles and Responsibilities

  • Lead the Technical Training operations for Japan
  • Manage zonal training centers ensuring EHS requirements
  • Ensure 100% training demand through International smart sheet and manage approval levels to ensure faster training execution
  • Ensure Japan training compliance>97%
  • Manage Hino training center operations, expand training capabilities for Japan
  • Lead International competency development initiatives in Japan
  • Establish standard work for Trainer qualification
  • Ensure Lean culture and growth mindset as part of Daily management system--Drive training process simplification
  • Manage Emerge U admin for all Zonal based trainings --Roster, training plan and credit
  • Monitor Smart sheet backlog and registrations for Japan as part of Daily management system

Required Qualifications

  • Min 5 years field experience on any modality ( Senior FE’s/technical support)
  • Good English communication skills
  • Passion to learn new things/adapt to new technology
  • Lean mindset and ability to drive simplification
  • Training defects review and corrective actions working in sync with Japan leaders
  • Training demand capture and execution process—International smart sheet
  • Manage Overseas trainings for Japan FE’s based on need
  • Develop Japan local training capabilities
  • Drive Post training competency development initiatives under International


  • Strong oral and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. Established project management skills.
