About the Role

- - - - What the Candidate Will Do ----

1. Serve as the SME for Oracle HCM solution architecture, ensuring scalability and avoiding tech debt
2. Diagnose problems and recommend appropriate solutions, and help faster decision-making
3. Lead proof of concepts and document potential solutions
4. Document all potential solutions for a given problem
5. Work alongside application developers and engineers to contribute to delivery
6. Stay up-to-date with Oracle HCM Cloud releases and continuously looks opportunities to improve tech solutions and landscape
7. Work with global and remote teams and stakeholders

- - - - Basic Qualifications ----

1. Deep knowledge of Oracle HCM cloud capabilities, configurability, and extensibility to meet complex requirements
2. Strong understanding of Oracle HCM Fusion Cloud implementation methodologies.
3. Hands-on experience configuring and building solutions across multiple Oracle HCM Cloud functional areas.
4. Excellent problem-solving skills for troubleshooting multi-platform technical issues.
5. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
6. Expertise in all phases of application development with ability to identify system dependencies as part of solution architecture.

- - - - Preferred Qualifications ----

1. Experience on non-Oracle systems like Workday, Service NOW etc.
2. Knowledge of the overall HR technology ecosystem, including 3rd-party Talent Acquisition, Benefits, and Payroll vendors
3. Expertise in working on other functional areas (Recruitment) and Integrations/Technical components
