Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, and 10+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience or related experience.
  • Advanced English level.
  • 7+ years of experience in managing and developing a sales pipeline.
  • Demonstrated experience selling complex, cloud-based solutions to Enterprise customers.

Additional or preferred qualifications:

  • 6+ years solution or services sales experience.
  • Master's Degree in Business Administration (i.e., MBA), Information Technology, or related field AND 5+ years technology-related sales or account management experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, or related field AND 8+ years technology-related sales or account management experience OR 9+ years technology-related sales or account management experience.
  • Experience carrying sales quotas for closing Enterprise deals
Responsibilities

Sales Excellence:

  • Engage with stakeholders on business planning and strategic account reviews.
  • Build and transform new markets using technical and industry expertise.
  • Lead teams to explore business opportunities and facilitate customer innovation.
  • Collaborate with sales, partners, and marketing to analyze business trends and pursue high-potential customers.
  • Complete required training and certifications, and share knowledge with team members.
  • Manage sales and delivery success through account and pursuit teams.
  • Lead forecasting and develop plans for strategic accounts.

Sales Execution:

  • Conduct campaigns to discover new opportunities and generate leads.
  • Lead conversations with strategic customers and build pipelines with partners.
  • Drive business growth with existing customers through demos, quotes, and collaboration.
  • Build and govern external stakeholder networks.
  • Act as a thought leader and advisor to executive-level decision-makers.
  • Explore customer needs and develop solutions aligned with priorities.
  • Provide industry insights and close deals.
  • Develop strategies for closing strategic opportunities and lead deal execution.

Technical Expertise:

  • Lead conversations and events within Microsoft.
  • Mentor others and share best practices.
  • Share competitor knowledge and provide analysis of the competitive landscape.
  • Provide feedback on product trends and sales blockers.
  • Speak at external events and drive conversations with prospective customers
