Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program management within a manufacturing environment, developing, or executing factory production plans, experience with capacity planning, material flow optimization, and scheduling, and experience managing supply chain activities with an emphasis on factory operations.
- Experience in industry-specific engineering principles and manufacturing processes from semiconductor, consumer electronics or other industries with tangible products.
- Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin Chinese fluently as this is an external-facing role that requires interactions with local stakeholders like factories/ODMs.
Preferred qualifications:
- 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Direct experience implementing and utilizing advanced factory planning and scheduling software (e.g., APS systems, MES).
- Familiarity with quality management systems relevant to manufacturing (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949), with specific experience in the semiconductor industry.
- Knowledge and practical application of Lean Manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies within a factory setting.
