Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in program management within a manufacturing environment, developing, or executing factory production plans, experience with capacity planning, material flow optimization, and scheduling, and experience managing supply chain activities with an emphasis on factory operations.
Experience in industry-specific engineering principles and manufacturing processes from semiconductor, consumer electronics or other industries with tangible products.
Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin Chinese fluently as this is an external-facing role that requires interactions with local stakeholders like factories/ODMs.
Preferred qualifications:
5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
Direct experience implementing and utilizing advanced factory planning and scheduling software (e.g., APS systems, MES).
Familiarity with quality management systems relevant to manufacturing (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949), with specific experience in the semiconductor industry.
Knowledge and practical application of Lean Manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies within a factory setting.
