Accountabilities
- Partner with executive leadership to develop financial plans and strategies aligned with the company’s goals and objective, including annual budget/operating plan and monthly forecasts
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, and make data-driven recommendations
- Prepare and present financial reports, including monthly/quarterly variance analysis, KPI tracking, and performance metrics
- Translate complex financial concepts into clear, actionable insights for non-finance stakeholders
- Build and maintain robust financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes
- Manage and mentor team of financial analysts, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning
- Identify key drivers of financial performance and collaborate with cross-functional teams to address areas of improvement
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or advanced degree a plus
- CPA, CFA, or other relevant professional certifications are a plus
- 5-7 years in financial planning and analysis, with a track record of business partnership and strategic decision support
- Working knowledge of US GAAP
- Experience in a SaaS environment strongly preferred
- Proficiency in financial modeling, business case analysis, and P&L management
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting techniques, and financial reporting systems (e.g. planning, ERP, BI tools)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with senior executives and cross-functional teams
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience in leading and developing high-performing teams
- Proven track record of driving results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and accountability
