Accountabilities

  • Partner with executive leadership to develop financial plans and strategies aligned with the company’s goals and objective, including annual budget/operating plan and monthly forecasts
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, and make data-driven recommendations
  • Prepare and present financial reports, including monthly/quarterly variance analysis, KPI tracking, and performance metrics
  • Translate complex financial concepts into clear, actionable insights for non-finance stakeholders
  • Build and maintain robust financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes
  • Manage and mentor team of financial analysts, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning
  • Identify key drivers of financial performance and collaborate with cross-functional teams to address areas of improvement

Required qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or advanced degree a plus
  • CPA, CFA, or other relevant professional certifications are a plus
  • 5-7 years in financial planning and analysis, with a track record of business partnership and strategic decision support
  • Working knowledge of US GAAP
  • Experience in a SaaS environment strongly preferred
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, business case analysis, and P&L management
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting techniques, and financial reporting systems (e.g. planning, ERP, BI tools)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with senior executives and cross-functional teams
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience in leading and developing high-performing teams
  • Proven track record of driving results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and accountability
