Purpose / Job Description

Execute supply chain operations including S&OP by following global & regional operational standards.
To be responsible for managing portfolio, approximately 70 SKUs and develop demand forecast and inventory plan considering multiple insights such as promotions, distribution events, competitor’s activities and intention of government agencies.
To manage end to end demand and fulfillment process to ensure stable supply and minimize risk of discards.
To interface with members of Wholesaler, Marketing, Finance and Operations as the window of supply, and facilitate and communicate demand & fulfillment plan at multiple levels.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

Lead and drive to prepare consensus demand forecasts mutually agreed with Marketing & Sales and Supply chain organization.
Plan and control inventory at distribution center to secure supply whilst reducing risk of product discards.
Execute root cause analysis and report as needed if there is a substantial gap between forecasted values and actuals.
Support S&OP coordination and track the progress of agreed actions.
Work with cross-functional partners on projects such as new product launches & product deletion.
Develop reports of forecast fluctuation and accuracy.
Input demand information into Rapid Response and SAP APO and validate the information is accurate and latest version.
Provide analytical report of demand and supply and report to cross functional stakeholders as required.

Education, Experience, and Qualification

BA/BS in Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Statistics, Data Analytics and Finance.
Proficiency in English (Business Level, preferred)
Proficiency in Japanese (Native Level)
Experience in Pharmaceutical or FMCG industries with working knowledge of customers and its behavior.
Experience in inventory/ demand planning (preferred)
Experience in use of SAP APO and/or Rapid Response
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Interpersonal skills with the ability to work cross-functionally across all levels within the organization
Supply chain/operations certification a plus, such as APICS, CPIM (preferred)
Experience in utilizing Six Sigma methodologies (preferred)
Travel: Up to 10%
Proven communication skills, such as presenting and facilitating a meeting.
Strong ownership, self-starter, work under pressure
Statistic specialist, Data scientist, MR experience are plus

販売活動、流通イベント、競合の動き、行政の意向を考慮して、約30品目、約70SKUの弊社製品の需要計画と在庫計画に責任をもつ。
供給と在庫のバランスを分析し、供給と廃棄リスクを管理する。
主要な社内カスタマーである流通部門・マーケティング部門・財務部門および生産本部の供給に係る窓口としてコミュニケーション全体をファシリテートする。
Demand & Fulfillment Planning (DFP) チームに所属し、DFP マネージャーにレポートする。

標準プロセスに則り、販売部門と生産部門で合意された需要計画作成をリードする。
安定供給を確実にしながら、製品廃棄リスクを最小限にする計画を作成する。
予測と実績に差異が発生した際は、原因を究明し、予防・是正処置を行う。
S&OPのコーディネートと合意されたアクションをトラッキングする。
新製品の発売や製品削除に際し、関係部署と連携して業務を遂行する。
需要の変動や正確性に係るレポートを作成する。
需要データのシステムへのインプットと入力結果の検証を行う。
必要に応じ需要供給情報の分析を行い、関係部門へ報告する。

Education, Experience, and Qualification

大学卒の資格
ビジネスで英語を使った業務経験があること。
日本語でのビジネスコミュニケーション必須（ネイティブレベル）であること。
製薬もしくはFMCGでの業務経験があることが望ましい。
生産、SCM、ファイナンスの経験保有が望ましい。
SAP APOなどのシステムやRapid ResponseなどのBIツールの使用経験
Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Wordのスキル
会社内の様々なステークホルダーと円滑にコミュニケーションできる人的スキル
サプライチェーンに関する資格（例：APICS, CPIM）の保有が望ましい。
シックスシグマや他の改善手法のビジネス使用経験があることが望ましい。
プレゼンテーションやファシリテーションの実務スキル
強いオーナーシップ、セルフスターター、プレッシャー下での業務遂行力
統計的手法、データー分析、MRとしての経験があるとより望ましい。
