Required/Minimum Qualifications

• , Operations, Finance, or related field AND 4+years experiencein program management, process management, or process improvement
  • OR equivalent experience.

• Certification in Lean/Six Sigmamethodology(blackBelt or higher).

• Demonstrated ability to think critically and solve problems, with experience using process modeling tools such as Visio or similar platforms.
• Experience with digital transformation initiatives.

Additional or Preferred Qualifications

• , Operations, Finance, or related field AND 6+years experiencein program management, process management, or process improvement
  • ORBachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 8+years experiencein program management, process management, or process improvement
  • OR equivalent experience.

• Experience working in a matrixed or global organization.

• Familiarity with Microsoft tools and platforms (e.g., Power BI, Power Automate, SharePoint).

• Proven ability to influence and collaborate across diverse teams.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience in qualitative and quantitative analysis.

• Experience in effectively communicating through both spoken and written formats, including creating clear, engaging presentations using tools such as PowerPoint.
