Job responsibilities
  • Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers
  • Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap
  • Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition
  • Builds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability
  • Develop and execute a personalization product strategy based on user data and insights in collaboration with Executive Director, Product
  • Use data to make decisions that improves customer experience, business metrics and product adoption.
  • Drive end-to-end execution of roadmap through effective sprint planning, stakeholder management, and healthy experimentation to deliver personalized features and experiences.
  • Monitor and measure the impact of personalization efforts on key nosiness metrics.
  • Analyze user behavior and other user feedback to optimize personalization algorithms and models.
  • Stay updates with industry trends and best practices in personalization to drive innovation.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
  • Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
  • Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
  • 2+ years of experience as a senior product manager or higher at a fast paced, agile organization with experience driving product development from conception through launch, and scaled adoption.
  • Experience in personalization strategies & techniques and familiarity with personalization tools, technologies, and methodologies such as machine learning, Gen AI, data management platforms, recommendation systems and user tracking and analytics tools.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation to drive data d-driven decision-making using a healthy mix of quantitative data, qualitative data, best practices and product instinct.
  • Track record of delivering thoughtful, user-centric and intuitive experiences
  • Ability to manage a development team and be held accountable for sprint planning and roadmap definition within their assigned domain.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, evidenced by ability to articulate impact and tradeoffs at varying levels of altitude (from your immediate team and up to executive leadership)

  • Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization
  • Experience influencing and collaborating with executive level leadership.
  • Experience building products that address the needs of multiple types of users (i.e., marketplaces, e-commerce, multi-product platforms)
  • Experience driving product in a highly regulated industry.
  • Experience collaborating with other senior product leaders across an organization.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and autonomy; you are motivated by figuring out what needs to be done—and then doing it.
  • Desire to inspire a problem-first mindset and work with leadership to continue "raising the bar” for the product organization.
