Required Qualifications
• 5+ years technical support, customer facing, technical consulting experience, or information technology experience OR Bachelor''s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology (IT), or related field AND 3+ years technical support, technical consulting experience, or information technology experience.
• 4+ years Security Incident Response experience with recent operational security experienceSOC (Security Operations Center), Malware Analysis, Incident Analysis, threat analytics, windows server, and endpoint security, etc.)
• 4+ years of experience in Network Security Administration, and/or Systems Administration with experience in Windows Server, Windows Client, and Active Directory Administration.
• 2+ years experience with Azure Identity or M365 clouds.

• Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:

  • Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
  • Citizenship & Citizenship Verification: This role will require access to information that is controlled for export under export control regulations, potentially under the U.S. International Traffic in Arms Regulations or Export Administration Regulations, the EU Dual Use Regulation, and/or other export control regulations. As a condition of employment, the successful candidate will be required to provide proof of citizenship, U.S. permanent residency, or other protected status (e.g., under 8 U.S.C. § 1324b(a)(3)) for assessment of eligibility to access the export-controlled information. To meet this legal requirement, and as a condition of employment, the successful candidate’s citizenship will be verified with a valid passport. Additional/Preferred Qualifications
• Business level fluency to read, write and speak Spanish.
• Experience performing cloud incident response investigations and/or business email compromises.
• Automation (PowerShell and/or Python, Java, or a similar language, can be a beginner to intermediate level).
• Demonstrated experience learning new technologies.
• Good collaborative skills and extensive cross-group coordination skills.
