Set and execute the marketing strategy for their assigned area, in close collaboration with Regional Marketing team
Develop and activate localized marketing campaigns for different account segments that focus on building and accelerating pipeline, progression of key opportunities and increase business for targeted accounts (outbound)
Collaborate with the digital and content marketing team for new, diverse assets to put into local market via digital campaigns
Plan and deliver internal communications, being responsible for leading the internal Marketing calendar and distributing information properly for internal campaigns, events, and specific Marketing requests
Develop creative pieces for general Marketing programs and Sales initiatives
Work with Marketing team members to manage translations of required materials following company terminology, glossaries and style guides
Analyze the results of launched initiatives and drive improvements through impactful, scalable, repeatable marketing programs and improve efficiency and effectiveness, as well as optimize regional resources
Lead with an innovative thinking and come up with new plays to help the team drive demand generation and detect opportunities to build and convert Sales pipeline
Communicate and coordinate with different people to achieve Marketing goals
Other related duties allocated by the regional Marketing leader
Qualifications
5+ years related B2B marketing experience, preferably in an enterprise IT environment
Experience in operational environment to support marketing initiatives (process management, campaigns reports, budget track, etc.)
Experience with targeting, segmentation, and list acquisition to build prospect lists for demand gen campaigns
Experience managing creative production forcampaigns,display ads, email marketing and infographics
Exceptional project and time management skills, with a strong attention to detail and capability to juggle multiple programs
Results driven, teamwork oriented and customer focused
Ability to work independently under minimal supervision with a high sense of urgency
Strong verbal, interpersonal, visual and written communication skills
English is required to read, write and speak fluently; knowledge of Spanish is desirable for Brazilian candidates, and Portuguese is desirable for Hispanic candidates, as this role will be communicating daily in all three languages
Ability to work with a multi-cultural team with daily interaction through digital platforms
Writing/editing experience with proficiency in text/image edition tools
