Key responsibilities and tasks

• Analyse problems, research solutions and provide solid answers for customers within the agreed service levels.
• Think independently and apply effective problem-solving skills.
• Collaborate with fellow support colleagues both locally and globally and other internal organizations to provide customer service.
• Develop technical solutions to be posted to both internal and external knowledge base.
• Master SAP software that is being used by industries, governments, and multinational companies around the globe.

Preferred:

• University degree or College diploma program in the field of IT
• Database / OS Knowledge
