Experience:

• Deep technical expertise in SAP BW architecture, data modeling, extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes, with a focus on BW/4HANA migration methodologies and tools.
• Proven record of successfully leading SAP BW to BW/4HANA conversion projects from initiation to completion, preferably in complex enterprise environments.
• Develop and execute conversion strategies, including data migration, system configuration, and testing plans, to ensure a smooth transition to BW/4HANA
• Strong proficiency in SAP BW/4HANA functionalities, including SAP HANA modeling and data integration capabilities.
• Experience with SAP tools and technologies, such as SAP Data Services, SAP Landscape Transformation (SLT), SAP HANA Studio, and SAP BusinessObjects BI platform.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively engage and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and analytical mindset to identify and address technical challenges and optimization opportunities in BW area.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results
• As part of a global team work closely with SAP Development and the Global Support Centers to assist our customers and find appropriate solutions
