Partner with product and engineering to shape the future of financial primitives such as embedded wallets, unified account models, and real-time funds movement.
Define and maintain a scalable platform design system optimized for financial reliability, usability, and trust.
Design end-to-end developer experiences - including API interaction flows, onboarding toolkits, error handling guidance, and supporting documentation - to make our platform easy to build with.
Advocate for developer usability in both internal and third-party contexts, ensuring platform features are discoverable, understandable, and consistent.
Balance immediate UX needs with long-term vision by designing both what’s needed today, and what enables better money experiences tomorrow.

Qualifications
6+ years in product design with 2+ years leading designers
Experience working on platform teams, design systems, or infrastructure-level components
Deep UX craft and systems thinking across interaction design, pattern architecture, and internal usability
Strong portfolio demonstrating reusable UI, horizontal product thinking, and design that elevates trust.
