Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

Independently lead the development of the information memorandum, Financial model, and due diligence
Support the partner in deal negotiations and in the finalization of the commercial aspects of the definitive agreements
Having experience in closing deals (M&A and PE capital raise) is critical
Extensive experience in developing pitches independently
Comprehensive understanding of financial modeling and valuation
Knowledge of deal structuring- commercials (both strategic and PE/VC deals)

Qualification
FS research specialist. Experience
2-5 years of experience
