What You’ll Do:
- Serve as the customer’s voice, gathering feedback to drive continuous improvement and ensure top customer satisfaction.
- Achieve sales quotas, owning the entire sales cycle from lead to close and meeting revenue and non-revenue KPIs.
- Build, nurture, and expand client relationships at all levels.
- Work with channel teams to develop and grow the partner ecosystem, supporting sales goals and account plans.
- Continuously understand client business dynamics and evolving needs, using insights to refine account growth strategies.
- Share client insights with the F5 account team to ensure alignment for growth and satisfaction.
- Pursue ongoing learning of F5 solutions, competitor offerings, and industry trends.
Represent F5’s key solution value propositions as a skilled evangelist to customers and partners. - Support marketing activities actively.
- Take full responsibility for accurate sales forecasting, applying in-depth knowledge throughout the sales cycle.
- Maintain sales discipline, ensuring timely and accurate use of forecasting tools.
Foster professional, cooperative communications within and outside the company.
What You’ll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- At least 7 years of quota bearing IT Solution Sales and Account Management experience with the recent 3+ years serving the Hong Kong and Macau Public Sectors.
- Proven Track Records in selling Enterprise Software / Cloud-based Security Software / Modern Application Technologies such as Kubernetes Management, DevOps/SecOps Automation and API Management and Cloud Networking Products.
- Demonstrable track record in leveraging a team sales approach and multi-stakeholder’s coverage model effectively.
- Fluent in account plan development
- Fluent in both Speaking and Written English and Speaking Cantonese.
- Proven IT Management Executives Relationship with public sector clients
- Proven experience and skills in managing public sector tendering processes.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Proven negotiation, Influencing and closing skills
- Proven abilities in business co-development with channel partners
- Expert ability to effectively manage time and prioritize workload, develop and manage pipeline and forecasting
- Takes an active interest in understanding the global and local e-government trends and related IT technologies
- Number sensitive and be able to work with data in both sales and business development activities。
