Responsibilities:

  • Work across a range of HR onboarding related processes, which include implementation of Global enterprise policies, such as Employment of relatives, re-hire eligibility, time in position & Background screening.
  • Manage a queue of tickets raised on an internal system & ensure timely, accurate & error free processing.
  • Assist with the management of HR issues related to employees and provide advice and guidance on related Citi policy and procedures.
  • Liaise with Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partner/Delivery partner and other HR Teams where appropriate.
  • Assist with projects associated with the role, such as process simplification, data analysis, dashboards, Voice of the Employee (VOE) Action Planning, site-specific activities and ad hoc project requests, as required
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.


Qualifications:

  • 0-2 years of relevant experience
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication.
  • Proficiency with workday & Service-now
  • Worked in banking/financial industry.


Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
